I like to think that good pictures can be made regardless of the camera. It is all about capturing the moment. Here is a bunch of my favourite pictures, all captured in lo-res.

Potatoes, after they’ve been left on their own for four weeks. If you have never seen anything like this, the first thing you’d be doing is go for the camera.

“Are you trying to kill us? You must be NUTS!” Humour at work.

A familiar view to many mauritians,  I am sure. When I saw this, it brought instant memories of travelling to school by bus and passing this spot every day. I had to capture it before it was lost.

I have this thing for over-hanging sales signs.

 Scorcher

First Great Western. The lighting was perfect, yet that was the one day I did not have a proper camera on me.

A day in Paris. I was amazed by the sheer amount of concrete at La Défense and the almost absolute absence of green.
