Yea u r all right that nomad suck! I agree but magically where i live...dans coin mountain lol am getting a reasonable conektion. I just took nomad last month...still working fine till now...and hope it will continue. I think momad's network is very bad but there are some minimum places in mauritius where we do get a reasonable conektion. But I also have many friends who complain about nomad. infact most of them complains. I used nomad before and i can say it sucked! bt this time i re took it...le soi dizant the "new improve nomad"...well its still fine till now la. I wanted to take myT but no phone line at my place and couldnt wait for telecom to come and install the line...so i took nomad. well its a one year contract...and i will see if they keep giving me a good service. This is clear example of bad customer service and everything one should not do when one has unhappy customers on one’s hands. The right thing to do would have been to ask the unhappy customer where the company went wrong, and try hard to fix the problems.

Eddy, you are right. I, too, tend to praise a company when I get good service.
