‘Best’ before…..
I suppose that some people took the nuts despite them being past their best before date.
Well I probably shouldn’t have done that but I ate food which were a little past their ‘best before’ dates a couple of times (well mostly by accident because I ate first and then noticed the dates afterwards when I was throwing the wrappers away) …. and I was alright.
MANY foods are still edible past their expiry dates, sometimes up to a few months. This particular snack is vinegar-flavoured and is not too appetising even when fresh. Now, imagine how it must taste if it has gone off…
Have you noticed the note that someone scribbled in red at the bottom of the post-it? :-)

Vinegar flavour is quite common for crisps here. Weird, indeed.
